Alayah was a little punch-drunk last night as she was up way too late, but because of it she had her first laughing session...peak-a-boo did the trick!!

Caden has a new baby!!

Caden has been asking all weekend for his own pretend baby just like mommy's...so we went and picked one out plus he insisted she have a stroller. Her name is Lea and he won't go anywhere without her!!

Hockey Superstar

Quinn had his first out-of-town hockey tournament!!

I finally put this little princess in a dress!!

Well, our little girl was the first of 4 kids to be admitted to the children's hospital this weekend!! She has a birthmark in the fat crease of her right thigh by her groin that ended up ulcerating and basically turned into an open wound that won't heal. After 3 days in the Children's Hospital and some serious IV antibiotics, it turns out it is called an ulcerating hemangioma. It is a vascular birthmark that has it's own blood supply and grows on its own for about 6 months then typically shrinks and disappears by 1 year old. Alayah's is unfortunately in a location that constantly rubs and opens the skin covering the hemangioma and so it is constantly open and at a high risk of infection. She sees a specialist tomorrow to give us some long term answers. Wish us luck as it is very painful for our little princess.
